Hard to tell since l have only taken it for 2 weeks.

I like it

I'll just say that since I took the pill, it's sent me to the bathroom in just one day, which is exactly what I wanted. It works extremely well, and I love that it's organic.

This walnut cleanse is good for gut health which combines ingredients like wormwood, walnut, clove and pumpkin seed oil. The dosage size is good supporting good digestion. This capsule size is not too big and has 60 count and doesn't have any strong taste. So far its working slow and steady and would recommend to consult with PCP for the right dosage in case of any questions. Overall satisfied with the product.

I have been dealing with occasional sluggishness and uncomfortable bloating after meals for a while now, so I decided to try a gut reset that would not completely disrupt my daily schedule. This Lukaree herbal blend immediately stood out to me because it combines an impressive 1200mg mix of traditional cleansing ingredients like black walnut, wormwood, and clove with supportive elements such as pumpkin seed oil, probiotics, and activated charcoal. I really appreciate having a comprehensive plant based formula all in one simple bottle rather than having to juggle multiple different supplements every morning. Since incorporating this vegan addition into my wellness routine, the constant heaviness I usually feel after dinner has noticeably improved and my stomach feels much more balanced overall.

What impressed me the most about trying this supplement is just how gentle the entire process feels compared to other harsh detox products I have used in the past. I was initially worried about experiencing cramps or urgent bathroom trips, but the effects were steady and incredibly supportive. While I did notice a little bit of mild stomach rumbling during the first few days as my system adjusted, I quickly found myself feeling much lighter, more regular, and far less sluggish in the mornings. The capsules themselves are small, simple to swallow, and completely avoid the bitter flavors usually found in liquid extracts. There is only a very faint herbal clove taste that reminds me of holiday spices, which makes taking the two daily capsules incredibly easy to maintain. Just remember to take these a couple of hours away from your other vitamins since the formula contains activated charcoal.

This has proven to be a fantastic high quality option that provides natural background support for an inconsistent diet rather than acting as an aggressive shock to the system. It is reassuring that the formula is produced in a GMP compliant facility and avoids common fillers like dairy or soy. I am genuinely noticing much better energy levels throughout my day and a significantly more comfortable digestive experience. If you are looking for an effective yet gentle way to hit the reset button on your gut health, this well rounded product offers wonderful value and is absolutely worth using.
