I can add this easily to my white cranberry juice, my coffee, tea, anything and theres no interruption w the taste lol Im so happy about that. Ive always had problems with my stomach bc of anxiety issues. I find my stomach not acting up, almost as if taking this has calmed my stomach down naturally. I bought it for the intention of parasite cleansing so whatever is happening inside me, it must be doing its job lol (I wont overshare) I think its a great value and good quality product. I take it mixed with a drink in the morning on empty stomach before eating (It takes me forever to wake up before I eat) Its never upset my stomach so far.
